If you buy a second-hand housing:
– 8% of home value I.T.P. (Property Transfer Tax)
– Notary 1% Value of the property (+ / -)
– Register 100€ /300€
– Processing agency 100€/300€
Should you buy an apartment of New Construction, there will be no need to pay the ITP but instead, VAT (IVA) will have to be paid (10% of home value) and the cost of Registration, Notary and Proccesing Agency will be the same as if you buy second-hand housing.
