Área Marítima Real Estate since 1989 introduces you with a new property located on the    promenade of Valencia, in which the technique of Home Staging has been made, with the intention of displaying a property in a better condition. This property has been on the market for longer than a year, and after having done the Home Staging Technique, the flat was sold in less that a month. This marketing technique has been completed by our Interior Designer – Ana.

Ana is a specialist in designing and directing projects of Decorations and Reforms.

The following example shows us the changes that the living room went through by increasing its spaciousness and daylight throughout changing the furniture, painting walls and decorating the space, as well as having a good aroma.

The final result that the kitchen has was amazing, only by painting the entire furniture and the walls, as well as adding decorative elements. In the bathroom, the mirror has been changed to a more modern mirror with lights, as well as cleaning the tile surface and adding a valance as well as other decorative elements.

The first bedroom has suffered drastic changes, some furniture has been removed, which gave it a greater spaciousness, as well as the vivid decorations. The walls and the doors have been painted.

 

The main bedroom is much more appealing and has gained more amplitude and light. The walls and doors have been painted and more contemporary decorations added.
